The answer is “Yes”. In Canada, it is possible to complete high school fully online through various online learning platforms and virtual schools. Many provinces and territories offer online high school programs that allow students to earn their high school diploma entirely through online courses.

We are a company from Waterloo, Ontario, so for us here in our province, the Ministry of Education provides the Ontario eSecondary School (OES) program. This program offers a wide range of online high school courses for students across the province. Other provinces and territories have their own similar online learning platforms and virtual schools geared to high school students.

Students are typically offered a variety of courses, including core subjects (Eg. English, Math, Science, Social Studies) as well as elective courses in areas (Eg. Art, Music, Physical Education, Languages).

It is important to keep the following factors in mind when choosing an online high school program:
